Arlais has transitioned into a Virtual Wellness Studio that aims to deliver wellness directly to you no matter where you are or what time it is in your world. It is a studio for every body of every shape.

Having taught Pilates both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Breath work and wellness workshops it became clear to me that people love the feeling of wellness.

Yet so many people are time poor and as life happens, goals get left behind.
