Prepare to voyage.

"Journal writing is a voyage to the interior". Christina Baldwin

Journaling is a basic wellness tool that is offered up as a practical way we can "help" ourselves.

The challenge comes when you are not sure why or where to start with journaling

so that using this basic tool can really help you.

You wouldn't be alone if you have asked yourself,

"What do I write in a journal"? ( is it the same as a diary? )

Some of the other real-life questions I have had over the years are:

  • What is it about journaling that will help me?

  • How often do I need to journal for it to be helpful?

  • What if I don't like to write, how do I journal?

There are so many more questions similar to these that clients ask about the HOW, WHY, WHAT, and WHEN of journaling.

It is one thing to tell you to use Journaling as it is a helpful wellness tool, it's another to share with you why and how to journal so that you can create your own experience through a practice you create that really is going to be helpful to your wellbeing...
