Things have really changed, haven't they?
Some of those changes are questionable, most have been unfamiliar, yet we have adjusted and all in our own ways are starting to thrive again.
Watching what is and has happened around the world has felt oddly fascinating. So much change in such a short period of time. Watching studios around the world react, morph and evolve, each differently has been nothing short of miraculous.
Studios are communities of people that share conversations. Individuals that have found their place connecting in the experience of movement, wellness, and each other. Laying mats down together and in unison exploring the adventure that is themselves.
The importance of that is never lost on teachers, studio owners, and most importantly you the community.
Gathering in the nest that brings you home to your soul is special.
As the momentum of studio closures picked up globally, the conversations within the studio owners' community started. Who would and who wouldn't go online? How could you effectively achieve that?
How could you hold space in a way that would feel like it was still the nest your community used to find their way home?
I stood back, when we were closed due to Covide-19 in 2020 the worry for the hearts that would beat in my space felt so strong. The daily and weekly connection felt challenged, their presence so missed..
There were so many learnings shared within the Studio owner's community as each tried, failed, succeeded, or mostly lived a combination of both. I watched, listened, and asked questions. Each is a case study.
Increasingly the conversations became more exciting, classes started to grow again, feedback was positive.
A couple of months ago Arlais launched the Soul Member Community, and now as part of that membership community, we are going to be running scheduled live classes online.
The reason they will be live is so that you can feel the connection, have interaction, and the safety of feedback. We will all be there together as a community collaborating in our own wellness.
From the 5th of October, members will be able to access their classes online.
Those classes will include:
Yoga - Restorative, Yin, Surya Namaskar and Nidra.
This is an exciting addition to the membership, it brings with it all the learnings and all of the benefits of still joining a class without having to leave your home. You will be able to gather in the nest that brings you home to your soul from the comfort of wherever you are when you become a Soul Member.
To become a member you can visit www.arlais.com.au and click on the Soul Members tab.
Growing feels good, it feels exciting.
There is joy in becoming, in seeking, and in finding a labyrinth of new ideas, people and experiences.
It feels like the right time is upon us to flow forward.
Are you ready to take some new adventures?
