Each private 1-hour session is programmed specifically for you and the goals you want to achieve. Your class starts where you are at and as your body changes so do your sessions.
Depending on what your goals are your sessions will include a mixture of different movement styles such as Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, or Meditation techniques.
If you have never been in a studio before, you are in safe hands, as a teacher I have taught 10,000 hours of movement across these forms.
A private class means your care is my priority.

book your free first introduction session.
What you need.
Clothing that will stretch.
Pants and shirt are best.
You will also need socks and a yoga mat.
To ensure you keep feeling incredible between classes you will receive a follow up email with an at home plan.
